Bonnie Noble, PhD, RN, founded The Ondina Group in 2010. She is a recognized expert in uncovering and developing organizational opportunities, improving outcomes, streamlining operations, reducing costs, energizing staff, building partnerships, inspiring loyal clients, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Utilizing excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, Bonnie identifies initiatives to help organizations reach higher levels of collaboration, effectiveness and overall impact. She has worked with senior and executive management at small, mid-size, and very large organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Bonnie’s personal mission is to understand, support, and facilitate compassion and tolerance in her personal and professional life in order to improve the lives of others. In her work, she leads by example and takes an innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving that is inclusive and supportive of others, enriching, empowering, and elevating organizations to greater success.
